A real person answers, day or night, and talks you through stopping the water. You approve the price before we start any repair.
Is it an emergency, or can it wait?
Pick what you're seeing, and we'll tell you how urgent it is.
You'll get what to do in the next five minutes, a typical cost, and whether you even need a plumber.
Four things, done properly
Nobody enjoys calling a plumber. We try to fix that too.
A person answers
You talk to someone who can help you stop the water, not a call center reading a script.
The price comes first
You approve a written price before any repair work starts.
Shoes off, floors covered
We protect your floors and clean up as if we'd never been there.
Repair before replace
If a repair is the sensible choice, that's what we'll recommend.
How a job actually goes

Common questions
We work across Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Bixby, Jenks, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Glenpool, Claremore and Catoosa.
How much does a visit cost?
Our call-out fee is $79 and comes off the bill if you go ahead with the work. After-hours visits cost more, and we tell you the amount on the phone first.
How soon can you get here?
For emergencies, we give you an arrival time on the phone. Everything else is usually booked within one or two working days.
Where is my main water shut-off?
Usually where the water line enters the house: a garage wall, a utility closet or the crawl space. There's also a valve at the meter by the street. Find yours before you need it.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. We put the warranty on our workmanship in writing with every job, and manufacturers cover their own parts.
